Approved!

The last of the approvals are complete... marking the end of a chapter.

While work on the site has already begun, this morning, the City of Monticello, MN presented the remaining paperwork and permits needed to complete the construction of Due North Car Wash in Monticello.

Special thank you to all city staff, who worked tirelessly to help make this dream a reality, especially Angela Schumann, Jim Thares, Deb Cole, Ron Hackenmueller, Ryan Melhouse and the many others who helped along the way.

Can't wait to see you all at Due North!
